An old Heart Studio building in the city centre of Norwich has been saved from being renovated into flats by the University of East Anglia. The disused radio studio is the perfect new home for the department, and will be fully functional by September. Students and lecturers gathered at the Colegate unit to celebrate the move on the 22nd of April.
I interviewed BA Journalism student Paris about her hopes for the new studio, as well as landlord Giff Mulley about how UEA came to take it over.
